Victor Haddock

Victor is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience assisting large and small public companies in healthcare grow, integrate, and implement effective financial processes. He has a unique global perspective on finance, having worked abroad in Europe and Asia, and travelled extensively across the US. He brings more than 15 years working with Board of Directors in financial, audit, and risk matters. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions.

In his last role, Victor was the Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer for Triple-S Management (NYSE: GTS) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Magellan Rx. He is most proud of his years-long focus on developing successors for each of his two positions. He also gained a material understanding of Information Technology and Cybersecurity controls and implemented the use of advanced data techniques to identify financial savings.

Victor has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
