She is very knowledgeable and able to do what is needed in a very timely manner. She knows our case inside and out and is very personable. I don't get angry or upset when dealing with her. If l try to deal with the automated service, it always kicks me to an agent. When having to speak to an agent, I will normally only speak to her. When I have spoken to other agents, they have gotten things wrong on several occasions or I often get upset because of all of the mundane and repetitive questions that they ask that I can't remember the answers to. I understand HIPPA and verification are needed. But when you find someone that just knows you and doesn't get you upset, you tend to want to only deal with that person.
